An educational brand needed a national Valorant tournament for college students across 8 Indian cities with full tournament management and broadcast coverage for the finals.
Our Approach
Multi-city operations with a central finals broadcast
We managed registration, verification and bracket management for 64 teams on Battlefy. City-level rounds were coordinated through regional admins with Discord-based team communications. The final was a full live broadcast production from a central venue.
The Outcome
Zero disputes, clean finals broadcast
Tournament ran with zero bracket disputes reaching escalation level. Finals peaked at 45K viewers and all 64 teams received participation certificates.
