How we execute your event
Event brief & site visit
We start with a detailed brief covering event type, venue, expected footfall, screen requirements and budget. A site visit is conducted for larger events to plan the full setup.
Production design & approval
We design the full stage layout, screen placements, audio positions and lighting plan. All visuals and motion graphics are created and approved before event day.
Equipment setup & rehearsal
Full crew arrives well ahead of event time for complete equipment installation, audio check, video test and a full run-through of all cues with the client.
Live event execution
Our production team runs the entire show floor — video switching, audio levels, lighting cues and live stream management throughout the event.
Pack down & delivery
