Advance payments are mandatory for production and event services.

4. Intellectual Property

6. Cancellations and Postponements

7. Liability & Indemnity
We strive for operational excellence but are not liable for third-party delays (e.g., venue, platform, courier).
Clients agree to indemnify MS BROADCASTING AND PRODUCTIONS against claims arising from misuse, misrepresentation, or copyright disputes related to their content.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use platforms like YouTube, Zoom, Discord, Paytm, Razorpay, etc., in service execution. Each platform has its own terms which users must also agree to.
We are not responsible for policy changes or breaches on third-party platforms.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Guidelines

Refund eligibility is subject to approval after internal verification of work completed and resources committed.
a. Advance Payment Terms: All services require advance payment (partial or full) to initiate work. Advance payments are non-refundable once production work has commenced.
b. Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Within 24 hours of payment: 90% refund (after deducting transaction and processing charges)
After 24 hours but before 7 days of service start: up to 50% refund, subject to resource usage and pre-production effort
Within 7 days or after production begins: No refund
c. Project Abandonment: If a project is inactive for 30 consecutive days due to client unresponsiveness, it will be considered abandoned and closed. No refunds will be provided.
d. Event Postponement: In case of postponement, rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original date. Subject to resource availability.
e. Force Majeure: No refunds for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic conditions, or regulatory bans.
a. Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours or once the pre-order window is closed, no cancellations will be accepted.
b. Return & Exchange Policy: No returns are accepted unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

c. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction and service charges (bank/gateway) are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Delays
We strive for timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to natural calamities, courier partner delays, national holidays, strikes, pandemic-related disruptions, or remote/non-serviceable areas.
MS BROADCASTING AND PRODUCTIONS is not liable for such delays but will coordinate with courier partners to resolve issues promptly.
6. Delivery Attempt & RTO
The courier partner will attempt delivery two times. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
RTO charges and re-shipping fees must be paid by the customer for reshipment.
No refunds will be processed for RTO orders due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
Provide proof of damage (photos/video) along with your order ID.
Upon validation, we will either issue a replacement or initiate a refund, as appropriate.
8. In-Event Deliveries (Tournaments, Activations)

3. Custom Projects & Deliverables

4. Code of Conduct for Events & Shoots
All participants (including players, talent, clients, and staff) are required to uphold professional and ethical conduct during shoots, livestreams, and tournaments.
Any form of abuse, harassment, or defamation will result in immediate blacklisting from current and future events.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited at all event venues unless authorized for sponsorship display under state law.
5. Confidentiality & NDAs
All confidential information shared by clients, sponsors, creators, or brands will be handled as per standard non-disclosure clauses.
Any information marked as “Confidential” or shared under NDA will not be disclosed, reused, or repurposed without prior written consent.
Team members and contractors working with MS BROADCASTING AND PRODUCTIONS are bound by internal NDAs and IP transfer clauses.
