These Terms & Conditions govern all engagements, communications, and transactions between MS
BROADCASTING AND PRODUCTIONS (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and any individual, organization, or entity
(“Client”) accessing or availing our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting services, approving proposals, or making payments, the Client
agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply uniformly to all new,
existing, and future clients, without limitation.

2. Scope of Services
- MS BROADCASTING AND PRODUCTIONS provides professional services including, but not
limited to:
- • Broadcasting & Media Production
- • Digital Marketing & Advertising Services
- • SaaS Products & Software-Based Solutions
- • Consulting, Creative, Technical, and Other Allied Services
- Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials are defined through proposals,
quotations, invoices, or written communications.
3. Payments & Advance Policy
- • An advance payment is mandatory for service initiation.
- • The advance amount confirms project approval, resource allocation, scheduling, and execution
readiness.
- • Once work has commenced, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable, regardless of
project status, progress, or outcome.

4. Client Obligations
- The Client agrees to:
- • Provide accurate information, approvals, and required materials promptly
- • Ensure ownership or legal rights to all content and assets shared
- • Respond within agreed timelines to avoid execution delays
- Delays or failures attributable to the Client shall not constitute liability on the Company.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
- • All intellectual property created remains the property of MS BROADCASTING AND PRODUCTIONS
until full payment clearance.
- • Upon settlement, rights are transferred or licensed strictly as defined in the applicable
agreement.
- • SaaS platforms, tools, and software remain proprietary unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
- • Third-party platform changes, failures, or service interruptions
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of
Suryapet.
